Here is how we'll work together:

1. DISCOVERY & CONNECTION
Our journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute call where we’ll explore your current challenges, goals, and aspirations. This conversation is an opportunity for us to connect, establish trust, and determine if my approach aligns with your needs. Together, we’ll begin to chart the course for your transformation.

2. SELF-REFLECTION & AWARENESS
The first step towards meaningful change is understanding where you are. Through guided exercises, thought-provoking questions, and reflective practices, I’ll help you peel back the layers to uncover your true desires, strengths, and barriers. This stage often involves exploring your inner world, identifying limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with your core values.

3. INTENTIONAL GOAL-SETTINGS
With clarity comes intention. We’ll work together to set achievable and meaningful goals that align with your vision for the future. This includes breaking down larger aspirations into manageable steps, ensuring progress feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

Coaching is a tool used to empower individuals and assist them in reaching their goals; it is a structured conversation between the Coach and the Client.
During a coaching session, you can expect an engaging, thought-provoking experience designed to help you achieve your ultimate goals and aspirations. You will be listened to openly, asked insightful questions, encouraged to explore deeply, identify your challenges, and inspired to reach your desired outcomes. Throughout
this process, you will be supported in making decisions and taking responsibility for them.
Coaching does not involve your coach giving you suggestions or advice. They are not mentoring or counselling you.
If you begin a series of coaching sessions and it is decided that coaching is not the appropriate support mechanism for you, we will have an open discussion to find
a suitable solution to assist your onward journey.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, coaching can definitely help you become the best version of yourself.
As a coach, I use different models to structure sessions. A popular model is the GROW model, which is an acronym for the areas explored: Goals, Reality, OpIons and Way forward.
This model helps keep you moving forward towards your goal. As your coach, I will ask you questions, listen to your responses, and challenge you while remaining
non-judgemental about the details and not providing any advice.
Coaching online or face-to-face. The usual procedure is that we will arrange a convenient time, date, location (if needed), frequency and duraIon of your sessions, which is usually discussed and agreed at the start of your coaching contract.
A coaching session is entirely confidential. I agree and adhere to the Coaching Code of Conduct, which you will find attached, and this confidence will only be breached in extreme circumstances. This includes situations involving the intent to cause harm to yourself or others, or criminal acts.
